Single row cylindrical roller bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are available in different versions, all separable, so as to facilitate assembly.
Bearings and rollers can accommodate high radial loads and reach high speeds. The rollers and cage can be guided by the inner or outer ring. The ring responsible for guiding the rollers is flanged, whilst the second is not flanged and can be extracted.
Single row cylindrical roller bearings with two flanged rings can accommodate axial loads as well as radial loads. This resistance against axial loads depends on the bearing’s lubrication, operating temperature and heat dispersion.

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are also manufactured with snap ring grooves on the outer rings. This design simplifies the bearing joint as the bearings are located into the housing by means of the snap rings. The snap ring groove and snap rings are in accordance with IS0 464.
